Marian track and field competes at Lake Michigan Open

Marian University track and field saw the men earn two points at its third indoor track and field meet of the season at the Lake Michigan Open.

  WOMEN

  • Ana Gonzalez led the way for Marian finishing 17th in the 55-meter dash at 8.67 seconds and 10th in the long jump at 3.51 meters.
  • Sofia Vizcarra also competed in the 55-meter dash finishing at 9.1 seconds, and Jude Taie completed the dash in 9.41 seconds.

MEN  

  • Matt Linn earned the Marian men their first points of the season after finishing fifth out of 13 in the shotput with a toss of 12.12 meters.
  • Max Ramker also had a pair of good performances placing 25th out of 44 in the 55-meter dash at 7.01 seconds and 13th in the long jump at 5.19 meters.
