Marian University softball has announced the dates for its annual Mondays at Marian camp.

The camp will be broken down into two age groups with kids entering 8th to 12th grade running from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and kids entering 3rd to 7th grade following from 1-3 p.m.  The cost of attending one session of the four-week camp costs $40, two sessions is $75, three sessions is $100, four sessions is $125, and to attend all five sessions is $140.  The first session will be held Monday, June 16 and every Monday to July 14.

Each camp session will be held at Smith Field, the home of Sabre softball, along with Lenz Fieldhouse.  An emphasis on mechanics for pitching, hitting, and defense will be placed in each session.  All participants will be required to bring their own glove, tennis shoes, cleats, bat, and batting helmet.  No spikes or street shoes will be allowed to be worn for any drills that are held in Lenz Fieldhouse.  Each session is capped at 15 campers with walk-in registration only being available if a camp has not hit capacity.  The Marian softball Facebook page and X page will announce updates on camp capacity.

Check-in will be held no more than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each session in Lenz Fieldhouse with walk-in registration only being accepted if a camp is not full.  Registrations will only be accepted through the mail with no phone or fax registrations being accepted.  Each session is limited to 15 campers to maximize instruction and ensure safety.
