Marian University men’s soccer (1-5-3, 0-2-1 NACC) fell to St. Norbert 1-0 in a match that saw three shots on goal.
 

• St. Norbert controlled play early and it led them to find the back of the net in the 24th minute.
• The Green Knights recorded four more shots in the half to only one for Marian as the squads went into half.
• St. Norbert went a man down 4:49 into the second half as a result of a red card.
• Junior Nathan Blazenko would just miss a shot on the ensuing free kick as Marian controlled the rest of the match.
• The Sabres limited SNC to just one shot for the reset of the match but were unable to find an equalizer.

• St. Norbert finished with an 11-6 advantage for shots and a 2-1 edge for shots on goal.
• Marian had two corner kicks to six for the Green Knights.
• The Sabres were called for 14 fouls, and SNC for 11 along with a red card.
• Marian has been limited to just one goal over the last five matches.
• St. Norbert is now 6-3-3 all-time against Marian and extends its unbeaten streak to four games.
