Marian men’s bowling finishes 13th at Hoosier Classic

In a field of 78 teams, Marian University men’s bowling finished 13th at the Hoosier Classic.

  • Marian opened as one of 19 teams to finish with more than 5,000 pins in traditional play.
  • The Sabres had a total of 5,191 to open in 11th.
  • Baker format started slowly for the Sabres but a strong finish led Marian to a total of 2,693 pins.
  • Marian had three games with more than 200 pins including two of the final four games.
  • The Sabres closed out the event at 7,884 total pins, one of 15 schools with more than 7,800 pins.

Tommy Reboletti finished sixth individually with an average of 234.4.  Reboletti had at least 230 pins in four of his five games.
Aiden Scott was 47th as an individual with a 212.4 average.  He had more than 200 pins in his final four games.
Kody Litzen had a 206.6 average to finish in 78th.
