An 8-2 run down the stretch lifted Marian University men’s basketball (6-3, 3-1 NACC) past Beloit, 63-51, in a physical contest.

  • Marian opened the game on a 10-3 run, with a different Sabre scoring each of the first six field goals.
  • Junior Fredrick Ware Jr. was the first Sabre to score twice, as his layup gave Marian a nine-point lead at the 9:31 mark of the first half.
