Marian University field hockey (6-0, 0-0 CFHC) stayed perfect on the year with a 2-1 overtime win at Nazareth.
 

• Marian dominated in shots for the first half but couldn’t find the back of the cage leading to a scoreless halftime tally.
• With just 3:42 left in the third quarter, senior Jikke Biemans was able to end the scoreless stalemate and put Marian ahead 1-0.
• The Golden Flyers waited until the final seconds to even the score and force overtime.
• In the second overtime game of the season, freshman Charlotte Touw once again provided the game-winner at the 66:33 mark off of a penalty corner from fellow freshman Shaelyn Klassen.

• Marian held a 19-7 edge in shots and 12-6 advantage for shots on goal.
• The Sabres edged Nazareth in penalty corners by a slim 12-10 margin.
• Marian continues its best start in program history.
• This was the first meeting between the two programs.

	Senior Charlotte Touw scored her second game-winning-overtime goal of the season.
	Junior Emilee Clarey (6-0) made a season-high five saves in the win.
	Senior Jikke Biemans scored her team-leading eighth goal of the season.
