Marian University field hockey (0-1, 0-0 CFHC) suffered a loss in its opening game of the season falling to Ohio Wesleyan 8-2.

  • Marian wasted no time in answering back with a goal netted by Angelene Castro at 6:39.
  • The Battling Bishops responded with another goal putting them ahead 2-1 heading into the second quarter.
