Freshman Yinan Lu of Marian University women’s golf has earned her fourth NACC Player of the Week award.

Lu (Qindao, China) became the first conference champion in Marian women’s golf history after rounds of 79 and 78 to close out the NACC Championship.  Lu finished below 80 in all four rounds and was the only student-athlete in the conference with more than two such rounds.  She had four birdies in each the third and fourth round.

She finished the fall with an 80.25 stroke average over 12 rounds and had seven rounds that were lower than the previous school record.  Her lowest round of 75 came in the opening round of the NACC Championship.
