Learn the backstory to Fond du Lac’s Haentze Floral Co. during History at Home at the Fond du Lac Public Library

Anyone who has purchased flowers in Fond du Lac likely knows Haentze Floral Co., which has been an anchor in the Fond du Lac community since 1858.

From floral supply trade to wholesale greenhouse to retail florist, the Haentze Floral Co. has done it all for more than 160 years. Since 2022, the family has also owned Wood’s Floral & Gifts, located in downtown Fond du Lac.

Learn about the history of not only the company but the six generations of family behind it during History at Home on Thursday, March 13 at 6 p.m. This program of the Fond du Lac Public Library will be held in the McLane Room.

Join History at Home in person or watch from home via the library’s Facebook page at facebook.com/FDLPL. No registration required to view the program.
