The application process for Leadership Fond du Lac County begins around May of each year, with applications due June 30.

Each cohort begins in September with a two-day retreat and meets monthly from October-May. All program days are held on the third Wednesday of each month unless otherwise specified.

What do I need to apply?

• Completed Candiddate Commitment form signed by both you and your employer.
• Current resume or current list of community involvement.
• Applicants must live or work in Fond du Lac County.

What happens next?

• Applicants complete an interview process, which includes learning more about the program.
• Applicants are notified of acceptance into the program.
• Payment/Tuition Assistance is processed.
• Participants are informed of what’s next, including information on the program kick-off retreat!
