Alumni Network
Leadership Fond du Lac County has a vast network of program graduates. Some program alumni have cited Leadership Fond du Lac County as the “springboard” to their career as a community volunteer or board member. For many participants, this program is only the beginning of a journey to contribute to a healthier, more vital community for many years to come.
“Leadership Fond du Lac was a great opportunity for me to meet other leaders in Fond du Lac County and also gain a much deeper understanding of all that Fond du Lac County has to offer. It is a program I would recommend to any leader, especially those who are new in their leadership roles.” – Jennifer Matteson, 2022-2023 class

Empty Bowls
Empty Bowls, established in 2002, is a community-driven effort to fight hunger. The three-fold purpose of this event is to promote an awareness of hunger in our community and world; create an awareness of art education and its impact on civil and social responsibility; and provide an opportunity for the community to come together to raise money for local food pantries and shelters. Proceeds from this event benefit area food pantries.
Empty Bowls is hosted annually in December. Watch the events tab on the Envision Greater Fond du Lac website for information on the next event!
