Marian University women’s soccer (1-4-2, 0-2-0 NACC) was scoreless at halftime against Dominican but surrendered three scores in the second half.

• Neither offense found much momentum in the opening half as neither side produced many quality chances.
• Dominican was able to end the scoreless stalemate just 2:39 into the second.
• The Stars then pulled away late scoring at the 81:16 and 85:23 mark.

• Dominican held a 12-5 edge in shots with a 10-3 margin in shots on goal.
• The Stars had the only three corner kicks of the game, all of which happened in the first half.
• Marian was called for only five fouls to 11 for the Stars.
• The Sabres are 5-23-0 all-time against Dominican having dropped the last four meetings.
• This is the first victory for the Stars at Smith Field since 2019.

	Cristal Muniz (1-4-2) made a season-high seven saves in goal.
	Sophia Romo was the lone Sabre with multiple shots on goal.
