City offices in the City/County Government Center will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

The Municipal Service Center will also be closed on Monday, September 4th for all services, including refuse and recycling collection and bulky waste drop off. There will be no refuse and recycling collection on Monday, September 4th.

• Refuse/garbage normally collected on Monday will be collected on Tuesday, September 5th with the normal Tuesday collection. Please have your materials set out by 5:00 am on Tuesday to accommodate the additional collections. Yard waste and brush may still be dropped off during the holiday hours.
• Recycling collection, performed by Waste Management, will have a one-day service delay throughout the remainder of week.

The Senior Center will be closed on Monday, September 4th.

The Fond du Lac Public Library will be closed for Labor Day Weekend beginning Saturday, September 2nd through Monday, September 4th.

City Transit Buses will not operate on Monday, September 4th, but will resume regular routes on September 5th.

As always, Police and Fire Departments will be fully operational throughout the holiday period.
