The Village of North Fond du Lac has completed the sale of 4.83 acres in the Northgate Business Park to Milwaukee-based Johnstone Supply. The site will be home to a new 25,000 square foot facility that is slated to be completed in the summer of 2020.

“We are really excited to be expanding our footprint in the greater Fond du Lac area,” shared Paul Chawla, Chief Operating Officer of Johnstone Supply – Milwaukee. “We see tremendous growth potential for our company and the Northgate Business Park is perfectly situated for our needs.”

Johnstone Supply is a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) supply company that supplies parts and equipment to the residential, light commercial and industrial markets. The company serves as the industry’s one stop shop for all HVACR related needs. Johnstone recently entered the local market by leasing 20,000 square feet in the Fond du Lac area to serve as a temporary location until construction is complete.
