Congratulations to Jan Gross, who recently retired from National Exchange Bank & Trust.  

Gross joined the bank in 2006; she began supporting the file room and quickly grew into loan input work, booking installment loans and assisting with daily operations. Her experience later expanded into commercial lending support. In her most recent role as Loan Input Processor, she worked closely with lenders to prepare and enter loan information, helping ensure a smooth and efficient lending experience for customers. 

A Juneau native, Gross attended Dodgeland High School before earning an associate’s degree from Moraine Park Technical College. She currently resides in Oakfield.
