Partnership will help elevate nonprofit organizations, philanthropic leadership and community impact across Northeast Wisconsin
Insight Publications and the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northeast Wisconsin (AFP Northeast Wisconsin) have announced an expanded partnership focused on growing Insight on Philanthropy, an annual publication and community resource dedicated to highlighting the organizations, leaders, partnerships and initiatives making a difference across Northeast Wisconsin.
The partnership will strengthen the connection between the business and nonprofit communities while providing additional visibility for nonprofit organizations, philanthropic leaders, volunteer initiatives and AFP Northeast Wisconsin’s National Philanthropy Day honorees.
“Philanthropy plays an important role in the strength of our communities and the future of our region,” said Angela O’Kray, publisher of Insight Publications. “Through this partnership, we have an opportunity to elevate the organizations, leaders and partnerships creating impact across Northeast Wisconsin while helping more people understand the important work happening throughout the nonprofit sector.”
Insight on Philanthropy was created to help business and community leaders better understand the challenges, opportunities, and collaborations shaping the nonprofit sector. Each year, the publication highlights nonprofit organizations, corporate philanthropy efforts, community partnerships and individuals working to improve quality of life throughout the region.
As Insight on Philanthropy continues to grow, Insight Publications will work with nonprofit leaders, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to introduce new features and opportunities that further strengthen the publication as a resource for Northeast Wisconsin.
The 2027 edition of Insight on Philanthropy will be released in November 2026. Corporate partners and nonprofit organizations interested in sharing their stories, supporting nonprofit visibility, or participating in the publication can learn more by visiting the Insight on Philanthropy page at InsightOnBusiness.com.
AFP Northeast Wisconsin supports fundraising professionals and nonprofit leaders through education, professional development, networking, and advocacy while promoting ethical fundraising practices and a culture of philanthropy throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
“Every nonprofit holds a piece of the puzzle for a better tomorrow, but those pieces only come together when we work together. At AFP Northeast WI, our goal each and every year is to support our members by providing valuable opportunities to learn, network, and grow. By empowering fundraisers to deepen their authentic community relationships, we don’t just elevate individual organizations—we uplift our entire region. Let’s continue to celebrate and champion the incredible efforts rewriting our community’s story every single day.” Kasha Huntowski, AFP Northeast WI 2026 President.
