Horicon Bank will be hosting a free “Shred Day” on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (or until the truck is full) at the bank’s location 854 E. Johnson Street, Fond du Lac. Free will donations to WE EmpowHer will be collected.

The community is welcome to dispose of documents containing confidential information in a secure method and help to prevent fraud. Documents will be shredded on-site by Shred-it, a firm specializing in secure shredding and information management solutions. Only paper items will be shredded.

Please bring confidential papers only, not paper recyclables. Personal items only and paper only. No plastics, metals or spiral bound books or rubber bands. For more information about the shred event, call Horicon Bank at 888.343.3040.
