Senior Brianna Guelig had a goal and two assists to help push Marian University women’s soccer (6-5-3, 3-3-1 NACC) past Aurora, 4-0.
 

• Senior Baylee Alvarado got up the first shot attempt for the Sabres, hitting the left woodwork at 3:33. Alvarado left the game late with an injury.
• At 36:48, junior Ysabella Sanchez recorded her first goal of the season off an assist from Guelig to enter the half up 1-0.
• Guelig continued her strong performance with a score at 50:33 from an assist by junior Emily Gordillo.
• Freshman Anna Riley scored on a cross to the back post at 58:32 to extend the lead to three. Assists on the play were gifted to Gordillo and Guelig.
• Fond du Lac native, freshman Audrina Welsch closed out the game with her first goal as a Sabre, concluding a 4-0 victory.

• The Sabres led 12-7 in the shots department, including 7-4 in shots on goal.
• Marian had four saves to Aurora’s three.
• The two teams combined for a total of 19 offsides calls, with 11 in the second half.
• Today’s win brought the all-time series to 6-17-1 against Aurora.
• After losing the first 17 match ups in the all-time series, the Sabres have now won six of the last seven.

	Senior Brianna Guelig had a career-high two assists to pair with one goal in one of her best performances as a Sabre.
	Freshman Samantha Smith (2-0-0) made four saves in route to the shutout.
	Junior Emily Gordillo recorded her second two-assist game as a Sabre.
