East Central Wisconsin’s preeminent title and closing company strengthens service offerings and expands geographic reach
Guaranty Closing and Title Services, Inc. (Guaranty) has announced it is acquiring Classic Title Services, LLC (Classic). Both companies are headquartered in East Central Wisconsin and together have nine locations in the region.
“Classic is a high-quality company with a fantastic reputation – we are excited to welcome them to the Guaranty family,” said Chad Raube, president and CEO of Guaranty Service Group, the parent company of Guaranty. “Both of our companies take great pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience, and by combining our teams into one, our additional scale will enable us to collectively delight even more homeowners throughout East Central Wisconsin.”
Hollie O’Neil, owner of Classic will continue to oversee the Sheboygan, WI office.
O’Neil has been owner of the company since its opening in 2005. “It is a truly rare event to have two companies share such commonality in employee culture and customer experience dedication. To be able to combine both companies into one locally owned powerhouse is incredibly exciting,” said Hollie.
Katie Schmitz, president, and COO of Guaranty will oversee the combined company. Schmitz, a veteran of over 20 years in the title business at Guaranty, has multiple designations, including The National Title Professional (NTP) designation which is designed to recognize land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience, and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property. Schmitz is one of only 2 in the state of Wisconsin to earn this prestigious honor.

Customers of both companies can expect to work with the same local teams they currently work with but will enjoy increased access to regional services as the acquisition positions Guaranty as the forerunner of closing and title services in East Central Wisconsin.
