Senior Trent Goo Sun of Marian University men’s volleyball has been selected as the NACC Offensive Player of the Week. 

Goo Sun (Kalihi, Hawaii) led Marian to victories over Simpson and UW-Stevens Point to open the season.  He finished the weekend with 20 kills to go with 40 assists and a service ace.  His efficient hitting saw him hit .421 between the two matches as well.  Goo Sun had nine kills and hit .533 in a sweep of Simpson.  He then had a triple-double against the Pointers recording 11 kills, 25 assists, and 10 digs.

Marian opens the Sabre Classic Friday, January 24 taking on Westminster at approximately 3 p.m. and Calvin at approximately 7 p.m.
