Froedtert Thedacare Health Included on Forbes’ America’sBest-In-State Employers 2025 List

Froedtert ThedaCare Health has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025. The recognition, presented in collaboration with the statistics portal and industry ranking provider, Statista, can be viewed on Forbes’ website.

“This distinction honors the dedication, expertise and compassion of our teams, who work together every day to advance the health of our communities, delivering the highest-quality patient care,” said Maggie Lund, chief Human Resources, culture and integration officer, Froedtert ThedaCare Health.

Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025 through an independent survey of more than 160,000 employees working for companies that employ at least 500 people within the United States. More than two million employer evaluations were considered. The final score is based on two types of employee evaluations:

  • Personal (those given by team members themselves)
  • Public (those given by friends and family members of team members, or members of the public who work in the same industry)

“Froedtert ThedaCare Health is committed not only to the health and well-being of our patients and communities but also our team members,” Lund said. “We proudly partner with our teams to build a supportive culture that empowers them to grow personally and professionally and live their unique, best lives.”
