Fox Valley Savings Marks Personnel Promotions

Fox Valley Savings Bank (FVSBank) announces five employee changes.

“We are pleased to announce the following internal promotions, these promotions ensure our staff is both proactive and responsive to client banking needs,” said FVSBank President Steve Walber.

Celeste Zemlicka has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at FVSBank. Zemlicka moves into this role from her position as Assistant Vice President, Chief Credit Analyst where she has managed the commercial, mortgage and consumer loan operations teams. Zemlicka joined the FVSBank team in 2011 as a Credit Analyst, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in business banking, credit analysis, lending, deposit services, and cash flow consulting. During her tenure at FVSBank, Zemlicka successfully captained the developed of our current commercial loan operations department, and she continues to perform a key leadership role by demonstrating exceptional problem solving, interpersonal, leadership and effective communication skills. Her extensive banking experience and intuitive leadership style make her well suited for this important position within the Bank.


Jason Mayer has been promoted to Vice President along with his current role of Controller at FVSBank. Mayer joined FVSBank in 2019 as Assistant Vice President, Controller where he is responsible for the Bank’s accounting operations.

Mayer’s more than 18 years of banking experience will assist with the financial aspects of the Bank allowing FVSBank a better position for growth and sustainability. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from North Central College in Naperville, IL and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
