Ted Neitzke is the CEO of CESA 6 in Oshkosh, WI, host of the Smart Thinking Podcast, and Mayor of Port Washington, WI. CESA 6 is a 3X Global Gallup Engagement Award winner and Ted is hired across the state and country to support leadership development, continuous improvement and strategic planning.

Featured Speaker: Missy Tate

Missy Tate, MBA, APNP is currently a leader of Clinic Services for SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic. She has been with SSM health for nearly 20 years in various roles across the hospital, direct to employer, and clinic. During her time with SSM Health she has been a part of many wellness initiatives that benefit both employees as well as our patients including leading health coaches for employees and companies, and most recently working with Integrative Health on innovative wellness services for our patients.

Featured Speaker: Carley Hoelzel

Carley Hoelzel serves as the Executive Director of the Wellness Council of Wisconsin (WCWI), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Wisconsin employers to create thriving workplace cultures. Under her leadership, WCWI supports a dynamic network of over 700 wellness professionals and 200 member organizations, providing resources, professional development, and collaborative opportunities to
advance employee well-being.

Carley is passionate about fostering meaningful change in workplaces across Wisconsin. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership and wellness programming, she is dedicated to helping organizations prioritize health, improve workplace culture, and drive impactful outcomes for employees and employers alike.

Featured Speaker: Shawn Gulyas

Shawn exists to design and facilitate creative experiences that challenge one’s thinking and action-helping individuals and companies find their authenticity and elevate their people touchpoints. After a 25-year leadership career in Human Resources, Shawn founded humanworks8 to work with organizations in need of bringing their work to life through championing people. Shawn and his team have
guided organizations to improve their bottom line by building sustainable people practices through four end-to-end service solutions: The Core Value Touchpoints—Culture Development Solution, The Talent Canvas—Talent Optimization Solution, The Leadership Model-Leadership Development Solution, and The Way—Strategic Planning Solution.
