Marian men’s bowling wins second GLBC Event

 Marian University men’s bowling beat UW-Whitewater by just six pins to take the second GLBC event of the season.

  • The Sabres opened the event in second after a traditional score of 4,867.
  • Marian then had the best Baker score in the field with 3,098 to finish at 7,965 total pins.
  • The Sabres narrowly edged UW-Whitewater who had 7,959 total pins for the event.
  • Marian finished the event with a 194.3 average.
  • The Marian reserve squad finished fourth after a traditional score of 4,322 and Baker score of 2,569, 168.1 average.

Jaysen Spanbauer finished second, just three pins behind first, with a 222.0 average.
Aiden Scott had an average of 206.8 to finish in third place.
Alex Glodowski led the varsity-reserve team with a 202.2 average to take eighth.
