Leadership: Emotional Intelligence with Horsepower

Traditional training and development has focused on the “3 E’s”: Education Exposure and Experience. In this fast paced, interactive, and fun workshop you will learn another way to build your leadership skills. With a simple yet powerful method of using your “emotional intelligence”, you will gain insight into “how you show up”, learn to recognize and respect your intuition, gain insight into how others view you, and learn ways to more impactfully connect with and lead others—all with the help of horses!

Meet the Trainer: Cindy Warner
Cindy helps leaders gain insights into their strengths and challenges, overcome obstacles, and inspire action and accountability. Her signature is combining instantly useful skills with pivotal opportunities for personal growth. Cindy spent 25 years leading global talent and performance management, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development with MillerCoors, Milwaukee Electric Tool, and Kimberly-Clark Corporation and more Today, she combines her skills in leadership development with her lifelong love of horses in her coaching practice. Cindy is the only International Coach Federation certified equine executive coach in Wisconsin, and frequently partners with horses to provide transformational experiential learning for leaders and teams. Cindy is an adjunct professor and coach at the Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College. Sha has a B.S in Business and MSHR from Marquette University, and is certified in instructional design, several leadership assessment tools, and facilitation of multiple leadership programs.
