City offices in the City/County Government Center will be closed all day on December 25th and January 1st in observance of the holidays.

The Municipal Service Center will also be closed on December 25th and January 1st for all services, including refuse and recycling collection and bulky waste drop off. There will be no refuse and recycling collection on December 25th or January 1st.

• Refuse/garbage normally collected on Monday will be collected on Tuesday (December 26th and January 2nd), one day late, with the normal Tuesday collection. Please have your materials set out by 5:00 am on Tuesday to accommodate the additional collections.
• Recycling collection, performed by Waste Management, will be collected Tuesday-Saturday, resulting in a one-day service delay for all customers during these two weeks.

Note: Yard waste and brush may still be dropped off during the holiday hours.

Fond du Lac Area Transit will not operate on December 25th and January 1st.

The Senior Center will be closed on December 25th and January 1st.

The Main Fond du Lac Public Library will be closed all day on December 24th and December 25th for the Christmas holiday. It will close at 4:00pm on December 31st and be closed all day on January 1st for New Year’s Day. Please go to www.fdlpl.org for information on other locations.

As always, the Police and Fire Departments will be fully operational throughout the holiday period.
