EP-Direct, Inc., a leader in the Print and Signs industry, announces the promotion of Heather Krebsbach, formerly VP of Operations, to President, effective January 1, 2025.

In her new role, Heather will oversee the company’s strategic direction, operations, and growth as it delivers unparalleled service to its clients. Heather brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the industry to this role, having served as Vice President of Operations for several years, and working hands-on in the Signs division for more than 15 years. During her tenure, she grew the sign production team and streamlined operations throughout the company, increasing efficiency, and driving revenue growth.
