Envision Greater Fond du Lac is proud to announce the official grand opening of The Pan and Parlor Restaurant and Bar! Envision celebrated the grand opening with a ribbon cutting this last Thursday, led by Heather Ford, Owner and CEO, at The Pan and Parlor.

The grand opening signifies a triumph over adversity as Heather’s former restaurant, The Braising Pan in West Bend, tragically caught fire in September 2023. Heather stated that with the opening of Pan and Parlor she is living her purpose again and is glad to do what she loves every day. “I’m excited to be contributing to the community I live in. I look forward to meeting and serving the members of the community.”

With a grateful heart, delicious food and drink, and a well-attended grand opening Heather has come full circle – once again living with purpose and joy, “I feel like I have a home again.”
