Envision Greater Fond du Lac Hires Netalya Challoner as Program Coordinator

Envision Greater Fond du Lac is pleased to announce the addition of Netalya Challoner as its new Program Coordinator, supporting initiatives that foster leadership development, talent attraction, and community engagement throughout the region.

As Program Coordinator, Challoner will lead the Young Professionals of Fond du Lac (YPF) program, helping to strengthen connections among emerging leaders while also supporting the launch of the Make My Move initiative—an effort aimed at attracting and welcoming new talent to the Fond du Lac area.

“I look forward to working closely with YPF to continue building meaningful connections for emerging leaders, while also helping launch the Make My Move initiative. It’s an opportunity to make a real impact on both community engagement and regional development.”

Challoner is a recent graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies. She brings valuable experience in people operations, employee engagement, and event coordination through her work in human resources at Amcor. In addition, her time guiding writing classes at Arizona State University has strengthened her communication and mentorship skills—assets that will support her work in engaging young professionals and community stakeholders.

“We’re very happy to have Netalya on the team,” said Joe Venhuizen, Vice President of Membership and Resource Development at Envision Greater Fond du Lac. “She brings a problem-solving, can-do attitude that fits perfectly with Envision’s mission to serve our region.”

As Program Coordinator, Challoner will play a key role in advancing Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s efforts to unite community partners, support innovation and entrepreneurship, and develop a strong, future-ready workforce that drives long-term economic growth and regional prosperity.
