Giveaway rules:
- Eligibility: You must be eighteen or over to enter and win, and a legal resident currently living in Fond du Lac County. Employees and their immediate families of Envision Greater Fond du Lac are not eligible. Only one prize will be awarded each week for the duration of the contest. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing.
- Entry Submission: Entries must be submitted via online form by 12:00 p.m. on the Friday of each week of the contest. Late entries will not be considered.
- Winner Selection: The prize winner will be selected through a random drawing of all eligible entries. All drawings will be conducted and judged by Envision Greater Fond du Lac, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final.
- Prizes: The winner will receive a gift basket. Prizes are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner must pick up the prize within 30 days of being contacted. Prizes not collected within the specified timeframe will be forfeited. Shipping is not available.
- Publicity: By entering, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by Envision Greater Fond du Lac without further compensation.
- Liability: Envision is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other problems that may arise during the contest.
- General Conditions: Void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible, or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified.
