Dustin Zanin has been promoted to Retail Lending Supervisor at National Exchange Bank & Trust.
Zanin joined the bank as a retail lender in 2020 bringing with him experience as a banker/assistant manager. In 2025, he was promoted to mortgage loan officer, originating and servicing residential mortgage loans. As retail lending supervisor, Zanin will oversee a team of lenders dedicated to helping customers meet their borrowing needs. He will provide leadership and guidance to ensure loan applications and servicing requests are handled efficiently, accurately and in compliance with regulations and bank policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Zanin grew up in Neenah and graduated from Fox Valley Technical College with an associate degree in business management and marketing. He lives in Fond du Lac and is active in the community as a Junior Achievement volunteer and Young Professionals of Fond du Lac member.
