The Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership is proud to announce dates for the 2025 summer event season.
The Downtown Fond du Lac Saturday Farmers Market season, sponsored by SSM Health, will open on Saturday, May 17 and continue through Saturday, October 25. The Market will take place on Main Street on Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to Noon, with the exception of September 6, 2025 for the 18th Annual Fondue Fest.
The Downtown Fond du Lac Farmers Market offers a wide variety of vendors selling the freshest Wisconsin-grown produce, plants, flowers, baked goods, meats, and cheese. Ready to eat foods, crafts, arts, pottery, and hand-made products are also available.
The Farmers Market is a pet-friendly market. All pets must be leashed (6ft. or less) and under human control at all times.
To accommodate the Main Street Makeover Revitalization Project, the Farmers Market will change locations along Main Street throughout the season.
From May 17 – June 21, 2025, the Downtown Fond du Lac Farmers Market will take place between Western Ave and 1st Street; from June 28 – August 30, 2025, the Downtown Fond du Lac Farmers Market will take place between 1st Street and Division; and from September 13 – Oct. 25, 2025, the Downtown Fond du Lac Farmers Market will return to its usual location between Western Ave and Forest Ave.
Main Street will be closed to vehicular traffic in these areas from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Market days. Overnight parking on Main Street is restricted from May through October.
The Downtown Fond du Lac Farmers Market accepts EBT/Wisconsin SNAP benefits. Simply stop at the Information Booth to swipe your EBT benefits card to receive EBT Market Bucks which can be used to purchase eligible items at the Market.
Additionally, the first Saturday of each month, The Downtown Fond du Lac Farmers Market will host $10 Match Days. On $10 Match Days, EBT Market Bucks purchases will be matched up to $10, courtesy of program sponsor, National Exchange Bank & Trust. In September 2025, $10 Match Day will be held on the second Saturday of the month, to accommodate the 18th Annual Fondue Fest.

The 2025 Downtown Fond du Lac Summer Wine Walk, sponsored by National Exchange Bank and Trust, will be held on Friday, June 13th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. During the Wine Walk, Fond du Lac’s downtown businesses will become “tasting rooms” where attendees can sample different sweet and dry wines, or various non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails. Stroll from business to business exploring what downtown has to offer and shop while you sip from your souvenir glass.

The Downtown Fond du Lac Night Market, sponsored by Sargento Foods, is returning for the fifth season and will be held on five nights in June through August (June 26, July 10, July 24, August 7 & August 21).
The Night Market is a vibrant, open-air street market dedicated to leisurely strolling, shopping, and eating. The Night Market is a unique, inclusive, family-friendly event where attendees can expect to find prepared foods, local artists and makers, live music, and fresh produce. Kids can enjoy playing with outdoor games that will be available in the Kids Zone, sponsored by Ahern Gross Plumbing and Hoppers Screen Printing and Embroidery. Enjoy the Night Market before you stroll down to Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts’ Thelma Thursdays concert series.
The Night Market will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Main Street from Division Street to Forest Avenue, and Sheboygan Street to Portland Street. These areas will be closed to vehicle traffic from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and street parking on these streets will be restricted after 2:00 p.m. on Night Market dates.

The 18th Annual Fondue Fest, sponsored by Fox Valley Savings Bank, will be held on Saturday, September 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from Merrill Avenue to Western Avenue beginning at 6:00 a.m. The Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership (DFP) will host two music stages, a Kids Zone sponsored by SSM Health, and of course cheese and chocolate Fondue provided by Moraine Park Technical College Culinary Arts Program. Various downtown businesses will also host live music and DJs throughout the festival.
