WHAT: The City of Fond du Lac is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the new Promen Drive Bridge in Lakeside Park. Originally constructed in 1927, the new bridge features a widened roadway, as well as a widened sidewalk, to accommodate more pedestrian and bicycle traffic in the area. Additionally, the adjacent Lakeside Park Pavilion now has 12 additional parking spaces.
