City offices in the City/County Government Center will close at noon on December 23rd and December 30th and will be closed all day on December 26th and January 2nd in observance of the holidays.
The Municipal Service Center will close at 11:00am on December 23rd and December 30th and will be closed all day on December 26th and January 2nd.
Refuse and recycling will be collected as follows:
- Friday customers – December 23 & December 30
- Refuse/garbage will be picked up on Friday – NO CHANGE
- Recycling will be picked up on Friday – NO CHANGE
- Monday customers – December 26 & January 2
- Refuse/garbage will be picked up on Tuesday
- Recycling will be picked up on Monday – NO CHANGE
Please have your materials set out by 5:00am to accommodate the holiday hours on these dates. Yard waste and brush may still be dropped off during the holiday hours.
Fond du Lac Area Transit will operate until noon on December 23rd and December 30th and will be closed all day on December 26th and January 2nd in observance of the holidays. For more information go to Fond du Lac Area Transit’s Facebook page.
The Senior Center will be closed on December 23rd, 26th, 30th and January 2nd in observance of the holidays.
The Main Fond du Lac Public Library will be closed on December 24th and December 25th for the Christmas holiday. It will close at 4:00pm on December 31st and be closed all day on January 1st for New Year’s Day. Please go to www.fdlpl.org for information on other locations.
As always, the Police and Fire Departments will be fully operational throughout the holiday period.
