City of Fond du Lac Celebrates New Hamilton Park Music Garden With Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The City of Fond du Lac will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, October 16, showcasing the new music garden at Hamilton Park. The ceremony will feature remarks from City Manager Joe Moore and City Council President Keith Heisler.

The event will kick off at 11:30 a.m. at Hamilton Park, unveiling a music garden, a project spearheaded by Natalie Johnson of Girl Scout Troop 8052, in partnership with the City of Fond du Lac, as part of her Gold Award initiative.

Johnson initiated this project with just two instruments, and through the support of grant funding, the City of Fond du Lac was able to acquire the remaining instruments, making this music garden a complete experience.

In the event of inclement weather, the ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Monday, October 23 at 11:00 a.m.
