The City of Fond du Lac is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Docter to Director of the Senior Center.
Docter has served as Program Coordinator since October 2015, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to the Fond du Lac community. During her tenure, she has built strategic community partnerships, managed program budgets and resources, led diverse teams and coordinated outreach initiatives that have strengthened the Senior Center’s impact and community connections.
Prior to joining the Senior Center, Docter gained valuable experience as a Social Work Designee at nursing homes in the Fond du Lac area. As Program Coordinator, she developed innovative programs that promote engagement, independence and well-being, enhancing the quality of life for seniors throughout the community.
Docter’s knowledge, skills, leadership abilities and strong community relationships position her well for the Director role. Under her leadership, the Senior Center will continue to build upon its success and remain a vital resource for the City of Fond du Lac.
