Marsh Haven is excited to announce a new event happening this year, Hops at Marsh Haven.  On October 10, 2025, visitors will have the opportunity to sample brews from local breweries including Hoya Hop House Brewing, Knuth Brewing Company, Shattered Glass Brewery, and Fifth Ward Brewing Company all while enjoying the sights and sounds of fall in the marsh.  Vendors will be stationed on the Marsh Haven trails, and lanterns will guide participants from one station to the next.  Participants will receive a commemorative 8oz mason jar with the event logo and participating breweries on the glass which they will get to keep after the event.  Each vendor will have 3 different brews to sample, and each participant will be able to try a 3oz sample of each brew.  No additional samples will be sold. 

The Vine/Griffith Building will be open for visitors to check out the interactive displays and live animal ambassadors or pick up a souvenir from the gift shop.  Plus, Eaton BBQ food truck will be on hand selling delicious smoked BBQ!  Food will be available for purchase by the participant.  The event will run from 4pm to 8pm.  Tickets are $40 in advance, $45 at the door on the day of the event with a maximum of 200 tickets sold.  So be sure to get your tickets fast!  To pick up your tickets visit www.eventbrite.com, search Hops at Marsh Haven.  The QR code attached will take visitors directly to the website to purchase tickets.  Marsh Haven members will receive discounted admission.
