Become More Tech Savvy During October Sessions at the Fond du Lac Public Library

Want to become more comfortable with technology, including using computers to find your news? Let the Fond du Lac Public Library help with several sessions during October.

On Wednesday, Oct. 9  at 6 p.m in the McLane Room, learn to identify reliable sources of information and determine which news reports are credible. This program, presented by Bug Tussel University, does not require advance registration.

Need help with other tech questions? Drop into Tech Time on any of three sessions: Oct. 3, Oct. 17, or Oct. 31. From 10 a.m. to noon on each of those days, library staff will be available in the Seefeld Room for 20-minute tech help sessions. Staff can offer assistance with smartphones, laptops, basic computer skills, and more. These are first-come, first-served sessions.
