Bardine Henning was recently promoted to commercial loan operations manager for National Exchange Bank & Trust and works out of the bank’s operations office in downtown Fond du Lac. 

Henning joined the bank in 1998 as a teller. She held several other positions before transitioning to commercial loan operations in 2022. In 2024, she was promoted to commercial loan operations team lead. In her new role as commercial loan operations manager, Henning will have a team of loan coordinators reporting directly to her, and she will be responsible for coaching and developing her team, in addition to building relationships through collaboration with other lending staff and bank departments.   

Henning grew up in Eden. She received her bachelor’s of science degree in psychology from Marian University. Henning currently resides in Fond du Lac with her family, where she is active as a member of the Fond du Lac Morning Rotary.
