Newsweek identified top healthcare workplaces in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group by conducting the largest annual independent workplace-culture research project in the United States. The comprehensive study included a national survey, 580,000 employee interviews, 7.6 million company reviews and the evaluation of more than 37 million data points connected to metrics of employee satisfaction, happiness, work-life balance scores, compensation and more.

According to Newsweek, the final list and awardees include healthcare workplaces that are leading organizations across multiple areas, such as supporting employee well-being and workload, prioritizing safety and quality, improving talent retention and evolving amidst modern healthcare challenges.

“The overall well-being, sense of belonging, fulfillment and joy at work, along with professional development of our team members, are top priorities for Froedtert ThedaCare. We work diligently to ensure our health system’s culture is built on a foundation of integrity, respect and meaningful partnerships,” said Maggie Lund, chief Human Resources, culture and integration officer at Froedtert ThedaCare. “These distinctions are a celebration of our valued colleagues.”
