PFIZER COVID-19 BOOSTER DRIVE-THRU CLINIC ON 10/22

The Fond du Lac County Health Department is partnering with the National Guard to provide Pfizer booster vaccines to eligible individuals. On Friday, October 22nd we will host a drive-thru Pfizer vaccine clinic at the Cow Palace on the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds (520 Fond du Lac Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54935) from 10AM-6PM or until capacity has been met. Individuals are encouraged to pre-register ahead of time at vaccinate.wi.gov, and will not be able to select a location or appointment. Once pre-registration is complete, individuals may receive an e-mail encouraging them to schedule an appointment; this e-mail can be disregarded. No insurance, appointment, or ID required.

Individuals are eligible if they have completed their initial Pfizer series (2 doses) at least 6 months ago AND meet at least one of the below criteria:

  • Ages 65+
  • Ages 18-64 with certain medical conditions or live in long term care settings
  • Employees and residents at increased risk:
    • First responders (healthcare workers, firefighters, police, congregate care staff)
    • Education staff (teachers, support staff, daycare workers)
    • Food and agricultural workers
    • Manufacturing workers
    • Corrections workers
    • U.S Postal Service workers
    • Public transit workers
    • Grocery store workers
