2021-22 Leadership Fond du Lac Completion Ceremony Scheduled

Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Leadership Fond du Lac class of 2021-22 will be recognized during the annual completion ceremony on Wednesday, May 18, beginning at 5:15 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center. This event will also recognize the 2021 Donald G. Jones Leadership Alumni Award, Tracy Qualmann ’03.

Leadership Fond du Lac is a community-based program that provides information and experience to individuals willing to make a lasting commitment of service to the city and county of Fond du Lac.  The 2021-22 class enrolled 30 individuals from surrounding businesses and non-profits. The participants began their program with a two-day retreat in September, followed by monthly classes where they were offered emersion experiences and a look behind-the-scenes of many components of our county.

“Leadership Fond du Lac is a great way for individuals to see how our countywide infrastructure works,” Tammi Thurow, Leadership Fond du Lac Program Director, said. “Participants get to see things not everyone does and this positions them to engage more thoroughly in their communities through public service, volunteerism, or boardmanshsip.”

In addition to the monthly programming, participants are assigned to groups; these groups develop and execute a community-based project. At the completion ceremony, each team will detail their project.

Leadership Fond du Lac alumni, business partners, family members, and guests are welcome to attend the completion ceremony. Tickets are $45 per person or a table of 6 for $225. To learn more, purchase tickets, or explore attending the program, please visit here.
